Pricing
The cost of regular domestic cleaning depends on the number and size of rooms. Cleaning frequency (weekly or fortnightly) and your schedule also affect the price. You can view a cost estimate online; however, we confirm the final price only after a thorough assessment.
Provide your own vacuum cleaner, bucket, and mop. Alternatively, you can request basic equipment for an additional £10. Paid parking and services provided outside our coverage area incur additional charges.

We will try to assign the same service provider to you for regular visits, so that they can get to know you and your preferences better. However, we cannot guarantee that it will always be the same person. If the assigned provider is unable to come, we will try to find a replacement.
Contact us to reschedule your visit (subject to schedule availability). Cancellations are free of charge if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. If you notify us later, an additional fee may apply. Reach out to us if you need to pause your regular visits.
We use appropriate cleaning supplies. You may provide your own vacuum cleaner, mop, and bucket, or ask us to bring the equipment for an additional fee. Let us know your preference when placing your order.
Everything depends on the property size, the number of bathrooms, and the overall condition of the premises. For example, cleaning a small flat takes less time than cleaning an entire house where a large family lives. We will determine the time required and the number of staff members on an individual basis for each order.
