Cancellation & Refund Policy
Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a reasonable cancellation fee. If a service does not meet agreed standards, please notify us within 24 hours so we can arrange a complimentary re-clean or assess refund eligibility.
